EOFY Competition Terms and Conditions

• The winner must be an active VNS employee on 30/6/2024. 
• The winner must work a VNS shift between 27/5/24 - 30/6/24. 
• The winner must not be under investigation from a complaint or concern with VNS. 
• The winner must consent to have videos or interviews used irrevocably across VNS’ social media and marketing channels. 
• One winner will be chosen from a combined pool of VNS and SwingShift nurses. 
• The prize is a choice of 1 x iPhone 15 128GB OR 1 x Samsung Galaxy S24+ 256GB mobile phone valued at $1,500 each.
• The winner can only choose one mobile phone. 
• The winner can choose the colour of the phone. 
• The prizes are ‘not transferrable’ and ‘not redeemable for cash.’ 
• If you cancel 2 x confirmed shifts with less than 48 hours' notice during the competition(27/5/24 to 30/6/24), all your entries will be removed from the draw. 
• The winner will be the person who has the most entries and will be announced 1/07/24. 
• The winner will be contacted by the VNS team via phone, SMS, or email for their address confirmation for the prize to be sent. 
• Once VNS sends you the prize, VNS will not be responsible thereafter. 
• VNS reserves the right to extend, change, or end this competition without prior notice at our discretion. 
• Let the allocations team know if you do not wish to be included in this competition. 

How to gain entries to the draw: 

• Every shift completed between 27/5/24 to 30/6/24 gains one entry. 
• Every piece of EMR training completed gains 5 entries. 
• Bonus entries may be offered to employees during the competition period as an incentive at the discretion of the allocator team.
