How do I access My VNS?

Call the office on (03) 9898 7000 to get your user name and password in order to log into the system.

My account is locked

As per the Terms and Conditions of 'My VNS' we will lock your account if you are no longer a client of VNS or if you have not abided by the Terms and Conditions. If you are still an active staff member and still can't access your account, please call (03) 9898 7000.
